Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the clinical team during night shifts.
Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to service users.
Oversee shift handovers, care planning, and clinical documentation.
Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing and care staff.
Maintain compliance with NMC standards, CQC regulations, and organisational policies.
Act as the senior point of contact for any clinical issues during night shifts.
Requirements
Valid NMC registration
as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Previous experience in
CAMHS
(essential).
Strong leadership and management experience (Night Manager or Clinical Lead level).
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
