Hours:

Full-time Nights | 38.75 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Shift Times:

7:50 PM - 8:05 AM

55,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and committed

Clinical Lead (CAMHS Night Manager)

to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an

RMN

with strong leadership skills who is passionate about supporting young people's mental health in a safe and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the clinical team during night shifts. Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to service users. Oversee shift handovers, care planning, and clinical documentation. Provide supervision, guidance, and support to nursing and care staff. Maintain compliance with NMC standards, CQC regulations, and organisational policies. Act as the senior point of contact for any clinical issues during night shifts.
Requirements

Valid NMC registration

as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN). Previous experience in

CAMHS

(essential). Strong leadership and management experience (Night Manager or Clinical Lead level). Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. Commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
