We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Carer to oversee patient care and coordinate clinical operations within our healthcare facility. Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on anatomy-related procedures and support staff in complex clinical situations.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, infection control protocols, and legal requirements.
Facilitate ongoing training programmes for staff to promote professional development and maintain clinical competence.
Act as a point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding clinical concerns or queries.
Contribute to the development and review of policies aimed at improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a clinical setting, with a strong background in patient care.
Demonstrable knowledge of complex client care and its application within practice.
