We are currently recruiting for a full time Clinical Lead. We are offering an enhanced incentive and retention package comprised of:

A 2,000 payment upon joining. An additional payment of 2,000 after 6 months in post.

Bosence is a sanctuary set within 22 acres of peaceful Cornish gardens--a unique therapeutic setting offering a safe and supportive space for individuals in recovery. Our 16-bed main detox unit, with an additional 5-bed annexe, is staffed by a dedicated clinical team of 13, including two Independent Nurse Prescribers and a part-time remote assessor.

We are now looking for an exceptional

Clinical Lead

to bring vision, leadership and clinical expertise to our well-established detox service, part of our growing ambition to become a

nationally recognised centre of excellence

for residential addiction treatment.

About You

You're a Registered Nurse (or equivalent) who brings:

Proven clinical leadership

in health and social care settings

Experience in substance misuse, detox, mental health, or trauma-informed services

A strong grasp of

clinical governance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks

The ability to

inspire and develop teams

, while confidently making decisions under pressure A commitment to building a compassionate, empowering, and recovery-focused culture

What You'll Do

Provide

day-to-day clinical leadership

and support to our dedicated nursing and support team Ensure delivery of

safe, high-quality, and trauma-informed care

Oversee

audits, quality assurance, and compliance

in line with CQC and best practice

Mentor and develop staff

, fostering a learning culture and strong clinical identity Collaborate with the wider SMT on strategic service development and continuous improvement
