As a
Clinical Lead
, you will take on a key leadership position within our care home. Your role will involve:Overseeing and guiding the nursing team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Acting as deputy to the Home Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Building strong working relationships with GPs, external healthcare professionals, residents, and their families. Coaching, motivating, and inspiring your colleagues to provide the highest standards of clinical practice. Ensuring compliance with care planning, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
