About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated

Clinical Lead

to join our team at a well-established nursing home. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior nurse with strong leadership and clinical expertise to step into a pivotal role and drive high standards of care and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and ensure best practices are followed across the home Oversee and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, person-centred care Monitor and improve care delivery, medication management, and risk assessments Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies Contribute to training, development, and clinical governance activities Act as a role model and resource for all clinical staff

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (RGN/RMN) 3-5 years of experience working as a nurse in a nursing home environment Proven experience in a senior nursing or clinical lead role In-depth knowledge of clinical best practices, safeguarding, and regulatory standards Experience using electronic care planning systems and auditing tools Strong communication and leadership skills
