We are currently recruiting for a
Clinical Lead (RGN)
to join our dedicated care team inWF14 9QZ
. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced nurse to take on a leadership role within a supportive and caring environment.Position Details:
Contract Type: Full-Time Hours: 42.75 HPW Shift Pattern: 06:45 - 19:00 Rota: 3 shifts one week and 4 shifts the next (to be confirmed)

Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Experience working in a care home setting is essential Preferably holds a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management Strong clinical skills with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care Confident leadership abilities and effective team management skills
About the Role:
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing clinical practice, supporting nursing and care staff, and ensuring excellent standards of care across the home. You will work closely with the management team to lead by example and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
