Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Clinical Lead

to join our care home team in WF14. This is a

full-time role

, ideal for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse with a strong background in elderly care and team leadership.

As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the care team, leading clinical practice, and ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership and direction to the care team Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and clinical audits Support and develop junior staff and nurses through effective mentorship Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies Promote a safe, caring, and supportive environment for residents and staff Liaise with external professionals, residents, and families to ensure coordinated care

Requirements

Valid

NMC registration

Previous care home experience

is essential

Level 5 in Leadership and Management

qualification preferred Strong clinical skills and a hands-on approach to leadership Excellent communication and team management abilities Passionate about high-quality care and resident wellbeing
