Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Red Firs Care Home in Newark. In this pivotal role, you will lead the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while upholding our values of dignity and respect for all residents.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being. Provide training and support to nursing staff on clinical practices. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Foster a positive and supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC registration. Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of patient care standards and anatomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate approach towards resident care.
