We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Clinical Lead nurse to join our caring and progressive team in Faversham. As the clinical lead you will be leading the team of community nurses in Faversham to provide a nursing service to housebound patients within the locality.



You will assist the Operational Manager to ensure robust clinical and professional leadership is provided to the team, and that safe and effective practice is delivered by our staff members. You will be supporting junior colleagues, students and apprentices with their clinical development, helping them to reach their potential and develop our workforce of the future.
