As a Nurse (Band 6), you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex care packages, developing personalized care plans, managing and motivating a regional care team, and driving service improvements. Main duties of the job
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for developing personalized care plans, conducting holistic nursing assessments, and implementing changes to improve client outcomes. You will manage and motivate a regional care delivery team, ensuring high standards and compliance, and provide leadership and support to care workers and nurses. Additionally, you will report on targets and standards, driving service improvements for clients and business development.

Skills and Experience:

• Community Nursing: Experience in community nursing, particularly with spinal injuries, acquired brain injuries, and cerebral palsy.
• Paediatric and Adult Care: Comfortable working with both adults and children, with training provided as needed.
• Professional Registration: Hold a professional nursing registration with no restrictions.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Ability to build effective relationships with case managers, healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Quality Standards: Strong commitment to maintaining quality standards and compliance.
• IT Proficiency: Proficient in IT skills.
• Driving Licence: Full driving licence required.
• On-Call Participation: Willingness to participate in clinical on-call duties.
