Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the nursing team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
Oversee clinical practice and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Manage care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes for residents.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
Strong clinical skillset and the ability to lead effectively.
Prior management experience, or experience leading a small team.
Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills.
