Salary: 22.00 - 23.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN) to join our dedicated team at a well-established nursing home in Chesterfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Registered Nurse with leadership experience to oversee clinical care delivery while working closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure exceptional resident care.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing and care staff.

- Ensure compliance with NMC standards and care home policies.

- Conduct and oversee medication rounds, ensuring safe administration.

- Work autonomously during day shifts, taking charge of clinical operations.

- Mentor and support student nurses and care staff.

- Collaborate with the Deputy Manager on care planning and quality improvements.

- Maintain accurate records and implement best practices in elderly care.

### Requirements:

- Valid NMC pin (RGN/RMN/RNLD) - essential.

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse or Senior Nurse in a nursing home setting.

- Proven ability to lead a team and manage clinical services.

- Strong knowledge of medication management and elderly care protocols.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Flexibility to work full-time day shifts.

### Desirable Skills:

- Experience as a Ward Sister, Deputy Manager, or Clinical Services Manager (CSM).

- Knowledge of NVQ Level care standards.
