52,723 per annum

40 hours per week

This role is a mix of 24 hours on nursing shifts and 16 hours supernumerary shifts per week, full flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care across the home.

Supervise, mentor, and support nursing and care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Conduct clinical audits, risk assessments, and care plan reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with the Home Manager and wider multidisciplinary team to implement best practices and drive clinical excellence.

Act as a role model for compassionate care, promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.

Support with recruitment, induction, and training of new staff members.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and incident reporting procedures.



What We're Looking For:



Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a care home or similar setting.

Strong clinical knowledge and a proactive approach to care delivery.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to continuous professional development.
