Clinical Lead

to join our leadership team and ensure the highest clinical, ethical, and compliance standards.

The Role

This is a

part-time senior role

(2-3 days per week initially, with potential to grow as the clinic expands). You will act as the

clinical authority

within VYV: House of Life, ensuring safe, evidence-based, and compliant delivery of IV therapy and wellness treatments.

You will work closely with our Clinic Manager and Founder to oversee protocols, supervise clinical staff, and provide prescribing support where necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical leadership across the clinic, ensuring safe and compliant patient care. Oversee and sign off IV protocols and treatment plans. Prescribe medications, supplements, and IV therapies as required. Ensure CQC and insurance standards are fully met. Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical staff. Lead on clinical governance, risk management, and best practice. Contribute to the development of innovative IV and wellness protocols in line with VYV's holistic approach.

About You

Qualified

Nurse Prescriber (Independent Prescriber)

or Medical Doctor with UK registration. Strong background in IV therapy, aesthetics, or wellness medicine preferred. Experience with CQC standards and clinical governance. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Passionate about integrative, holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. Available 2-3 days per week in Truro, with flexibility for additional hours as the clinic grows.

What We Offer

Competitive pay:

35-45 per hour (Nurse Prescriber)

70-120 per hour (Doctor)

Pay: 28,378.49-54,968.73 per year
