We are recruiting an experienced Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to provide clinical leadership, governance, and support across our growing network.
This senior role will support registered nurses, oversee delegated healthcare activities, and provide expert clinical guidance to our franchise locations. The Clinical Lead will use their professional PIN to support competency sign-off, clinical assurance, and policy development, helping to ensure safe, high-quality nurse-led care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical advice and guidance across the Right at Home franchise network
Creating and delivering a range of delegated healthcare training for individual office needs and supporting to ensure the proposed training is fit for purpose
Operating peer support for registered nurses
Support with nurse recruitment, and revalidation
Supporting registered nurses in developing delegated healthcare activities training programmes and competency sign-off, to enable them to deliver to their internal teams of Carers
Support franchise owners with clinical practice concerns, including Fitness to Practise processes
Support clinical policy development and conduct clinical audits alongside the compliance team
Essential Requirements
Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (no sanctions or restrictions)
Strong experience in delegated healthcare and nurse-led care
Strong experience in creating and delivering training to non-clinical teams
Clinical experience including:
+ Catheterisation (male & female)
+ Stoma care
+ Enteral feeding
+ End-of-life care (including syringe drivers)
+ Wound care management Professional indemnity insurance covering clinical training delivery
Desirable Experience
Tracheostomy or respiratory care
Seizure management and rescue medications
Venepuncture, injections, or cannulation
This is a full-time role requiring regular travel throughout the UK and overnight stays.
