Clinical Lead - Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and confident

Clinical Lead

to join our care home team. This role is ideal for a qualified nurse with strong clinical skills and proven leadership experience who is ready to take on a key management position.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the nursing team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care Oversee clinical practice, ensuring compliance with NMC standards and care regulations Support and mentor nurses and care staff to develop their skills and confidence Manage care plans and risk assessments, ensuring residents' needs are fully met Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals to achieve the best outcomes Contribute to audits, compliance checks, and continuous service improvement

Requirements:

NMC registered nurse

with relevant post-registration experience Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability Prior management or leadership experience (must be in a

care home setting

) Excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills Compassionate and committed to delivering outstanding care
