Work in partnership with the clinical and operational teams to support effective practical leadership and promote a culture of high performance and clinical excellence. Work collaboratively to ensure the service meets local and national standards and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Compassionate leadership with co-ordination of quality improvement initiatives, clinical audit and adherence with relevant NICE guidelines. Passionate about lifelong learning and development of the team in relation to neuropsychiatric disorders.
