More detail about the role The Role As the UCR Clinical Team Lead, you will: Lead with impact across the teams, providing clinical governance, guidance, and support to your team. Support and manage a complex caseload, delivering advanced assessment, treatment, and advice to patients and carers, as well as sharing skills and knowledge with the team. Mentor, supervise, and inspire your team, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
Collaborate across services, including GPs, hospital staff, community services, Social Care, and voluntary organisations, to ensure seamless, high-quality care pathways. Drive service development and improvement, implementing changes that enhance patient outcomes and team performance. Who Were Looking For We are seeking a motivated, experienced clinician who: Holds a professional qualification in Nursing, Paramedic Science, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy, with current registration. Has substantial clinical experience and the ability to manage complex cases.
Demonstrates strong leadership, able to empower teams and drive performance. Is confident in service development, governance, and clinical decision-making. Is proactive, organised, and committed to achieving excellence in patient care. Is able to work well under pressure and work in cohesion with colleagues to gain the best outcomes for all.
