We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated
Clinical Lead
to join our care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse looking to step into a leadership position or for an existing Clinical Lead seeking a fresh challenge.Key Responsibilities:
Provide strong clinical leadership and guidance to the nursing team. Ensure high standards of care are maintained in line with best practices and regulatory requirements. Support and mentor nursing staff to promote professional development. Make informed clinical decisions in high-pressure situations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
NMC registered nurse (RGN/RMN) with post-registration experience. Proven clinical skills and the ability to lead and manage a team. Prior experience in a management or team leadership role is desirable. Confident decision-maker with a calm and proactive approach.
