Job Summary

The Clinical Deputy Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall management and operational efficiency of our healthcare facility. This position is designed for an individual who is passionate about patient care and has a strong foundation in anatomy knowledge. The Clinical Deputy Manager will assist in overseeing clinical staff, ensuring high standards of care are maintained, and contributing to the development of clinical policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist the Home Manager in the daily operations of the clinical department. Supervise and support clinical staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organisational policies. Conduct regular audits of clinical practices to maintain high standards of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of clinical staff. Address patient concerns and feedback effectively to improve service delivery. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.

Experience

Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of anatomy and its application in patient care. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on patient interaction. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and best practices related to patient care.
