We're now offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager (internally known as a Clinical Lead) to join our passionate team in the beautiful Malvern area!
About the Homes
Set within stunning grounds, Davenham, Bradbury Court, and Perrins House are warm, welcoming homes specialising in dementia care, alongside residential and nursing support. Our dedicated, highly trained teams place residents at the heart of everything they do - and you'll play a pivotal role in leading them.
The Role
Working closely with the General Manager, you'll be a key clinical and operational leader, ensuring the very highest standards of care and wellbeing for our residents. This is a hands-on, influential role where your leadership will directly shape quality, culture, and outcomes.
As Unit Manager, you will:
Provide professional leadership and clinical guidance to nursing and care teams
Oversee care delivery, clinical standards, and accurate record keeping
Liaise with external healthcare professionals to ensure person-centred, dignified care
Lead incident analysis, root cause investigations, and action planning
Deputise for the General Manager when required, supporting the wider management of the service
Foster a positive, supportive environment where staff feel valued and empowered
About You
You do not need NMC registration, just solid clinical knowledge
Experienced in a similar leadership or clinical role within older people's care
Knowledgeable in CQC regulations, the Health and Social Care Act, and adult safeguarding
Confident communicating with external professionals and leading multidisciplinary teams
Skilled in incident management, RCA reporting, and quality improvement
Compassionate, confident, and driven to deliver outstanding care
