We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Mentor Dentist, to work within one of our clients established NHS & Private Dental Practices located in Swindon.


Are you an experienced NHS dentist with a passion for mentoring and clinical development? We are working with a forward-thinking dental group to recruit a Clinical Supervising Dentist to support a new training scheme for overseas-qualified dentists.

The Contract & Benefits



Offer clinical guidance and mentorship to a maximum of three internationally qualified dentists Remuneration package to be discussed in person NHS Pension Scheme A supportive, well-equipped practice environment with a strong clinical team Up to 30 non-clinic-days (inclusive of bank holidays, pro rata) This mixed practice offers a very established patient list with excellent potential to increase with finance options offered You will be supported by a Practice Manager to make sure you get the right training and development to be successful

The Working Hours



The position is available on a part-time basis. Flexible working hours and days to suits you. Surgery space available: Monday to Saturday.

Most of our clients are within walking distance from the Town centre or High Street so you will have access to transport links via rail and bus. If you are driving, we have a selection of practices that offer on-site parking, or you'll find a car park nearby.


Our clients offer fully computerised and modern facilities, including spacious surgeries, staff and decontamination rooms, digital x-rays and professional support teams. Some of our clients also offer disability access, whilst others offer a comprehensive range of services, such as implants, sedation, orthodontic and endo, with the latest Cerec equipment. Each practice is unique.

About You



Possess full GDC registration along with an active NHS performer number At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in UK general dental practice Strong interest in education, mentorship, and continuous professional development Previous experience in teaching or clinical supervision is preferred, though not mandatory
