We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Navigator (Children & Young People) based in Halifax and Leeds.

We're looking for a skilled and empathetic Clinical Navigator to join our Children & Young People Service Centre Team across Halifax and Leeds.





Our ideal candidate is someone who can combine clinical knowledge with a collaborative approach to ensure young people and families receive the right support at the right time.

What you'll do as our Clinical Navigator:






Screen referrals for clinical risk and safeguarding concerns, ensuring timely and appropriate responses Provide clinical oversight and guidance to colleagues, families, and professionals Collaborate with partners to ensure children and young people are connected with the right support





What you'll bring as our Clinical Navigator:






A relevant professional or therapeutic qualification Experience of working therapeutically with children and young people in a CAMHS or similar setting Strong risk-assessment, safeguarding, and clinical decision-making skills Excellent communication and consultation skills with families and professionals Confidence in managing and recording information digitally in line with data protection A collaborative, inclusive mindset aligned with Northpoint's values
