We are looking for a Clinical Negligence Consultant Solicitor to join our law firm's consultancy panel.
What are we looking for?
Have excellent client care and communication skills (oral and written).
To provide advice, casework, and representation to clients on all aspects of your area of law.
Ability to work with the team to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities.
Apply critical thinking and analysis to solve problems by using multiple sources of information to make reasoned decisions supported by relevant evidence.
Negotiate solutions to clients' issues by identifying all parties' interests, objectives, and limits and presenting options for compromise persuasively.
Plan, manage, and progress legal cases proactively, taking into account how they can maximise cases and achieve the best outcome for the clients and firm.
Establish and maintain effective and professional relations with colleagues, clients, and third parties, and respond effectively to their particular needs, objectives, priorities, and constraints.
