Job Title: NQ Solicitor/experienced clinical negligence fee earner
Reporting to: Head of Department
Department: Clinical Negligence
Key Tasks
Vetting New Enquiries Instructing experts. Compiling statements. Compiling Letter of Claims. Instructing counsel. Attending conferences. Assisting with litigation. Participating in ADR Assisting with departmental development. Assisting with website development. Compiling case studies and articles for publication. Any other tasks required
Essential Skills
Excellent drafting and attention to detail Proclaim knowledge would be an advantage. Strong customer care and communication skills. Excellent organization skills and time management. Strong ability to work well under pressure. Litigation experience would be an advantage
Experience
NQ Solicitor with 2+ years pre qualifying experience in clinical negligence
Fee earner - 2+ years experience in clinical negligence
