We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grade A or B Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients who have suffered due to medical malpractice. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex cases effectively.
Duties
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in clinical negligence cases.
Conduct thorough investigations into claims, including gathering evidence and liaising with medical professionals.
Prepare legal documentation, including claims, pleadings, and court submissions.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Maintain accurate records of case progress and client communications.
Keep abreast of developments in clinical negligence law and related regulations.
Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Requirements
Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales.
Litigation Executive with over 4 years experience within Clinical Negligence
Proven experience in clinical negligence or personal injury law is essential.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a varied caseload while meeting deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
