We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical negligence law, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to advocating for clients who have suffered due to medical malpractice. This role involves managing a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients throughout the litigation process.
Responsibilities
Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
Conduct thorough investigations into claims, gathering evidence and liaising with medical experts.
Provide clear and concise legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options.
Prepare legal documents, including letters of claim, court documents, and witness statements.
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
Represent clients in court proceedings when necessary, presenting cases effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all case activities and client communications.
Stay updated on relevant legislation and case law to provide informed legal guidance.
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor with experience in clinical negligence law is essential.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
