Premium Care Solutions is expanding our clinical leadership team. We're seeking a
Clinical Care Manager
with the clinical expertise, confidence, and communication skills to lead, train, and support our workforce while managing complex client care packages.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, varied position combining
clinical leadership, workforce training, and client care management
. You will:
Lead on clinical excellence and governance
ensuring our care teams deliver safe, high-quality, and compliant care.
Deliver specialist clinical training
across our workforce, developing skills in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilator management, bowel care and complex medication administration.
Assess and sign off staff competencies
regularly, ensuring each team member maintains the highest standards of clinical practice.
Coach, mentor, and support
care teams to grow in confidence and capability.
Problem-solve and adapt
quickly to meet the unique and changing needs of clients, families, and staff.
Collaborate
with clients, families, and professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
Participate in the on-call rota
, providing clinical support and guidance out of hours when required.
This is a
full-time, hybrid role
offering flexibility -- you'll work from home and in the field, with travel, varied hours, and occasional overnight stays as required. However, we are a family friendly business who believe in the well-being of our work force.

You're an experienced and confident clinician who enjoys leading and developing others. You bring not just clinical skill, but the
authority, empathy, and communication ability
to inspire and guide care teams.

You will also bring:
Current
NMC registration (Registered Nurse)
Strong knowledge of
complex clinical care
(tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injury, etc.)
Proven ability to
train staff, assess competencies, and support workforce development
A proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent clinical judgement, organisation, and communication skills
Resilience, flexibility, and a positive, can-do attitude
Full UK driving licence
and access to your own car
Experience in clinical care management or training is highly desirable, but we offer comprehensive development and peer support for the right candidate.
An
Enhanced DBS
will be required (advantageous if registered on the update service).
