MAM Care is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. MAM care specialises in providing complex medical care.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing the clinical skills and knowledge of nursing staff through effective education and training programmes. Your expertise in patient care and anatomy will be essential in developing curricula that promote best practices and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate educational programmes for nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various clinical topics, focusing on evidence-based practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess educational needs and tailor programmes accordingly. Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and incorporate new knowledge into training materials. Monitor the effectiveness of educational initiatives through assessments and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Experience

Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing licence and significant clinical experience in a healthcare setting. Proven experience in patient care, demonstrating a strong understanding of clinical procedures and protocols. In-depth knowledge of complex care is highly desirable to effectively educate staff on relevant topics such as

PEGs/ Tracheostomy/ Ventilation.

Previous experience in an educational or training role within a healthcare environment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire nursing staff at all levels.
