The Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Clinical Nurse Manager

to join our team

in Chippenham (SN15)

.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:

Delivering and overseeing person-centred care for residents. Leading, supervising, and inspiring a team of nurses, carers, and support staff. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Ensuring safe medication management in line with NMC guidelines. Supporting admission processes with thorough pre-assessments. Maintaining compliance with current legislation, best practice, and CQC standards. Promoting a positive image of Cedar Care internally and externally.

Requirements:

RGN/RMN qualified

with a valid NMC PIN. Minimum

6 years nursing experience

, with

2+ years in a senior/clinical management role

. Proven experience in a care or nursing home environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining compassion and professionalism.
