We are looking for someone to join our inpatient team, where you will support young people with conditions such as low mood, anxiety, psychosis, eating difficulties, and autism, working with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans and interventions.
Your first 12 months will be spent working at Sapphire Lodge, which is dedicated to providing high-quality care to young people aged 13-18 experiencing mental health, emotional, and behavioural difficulties.
About You
RMN / RN (Mental Health) or RLDN / RN (Learning Disabilities) registration or awaiting registration.
A genuine interest in working with young people and supporting them
Flexibility to meet the needs of the service and the young people in our care.

Reporting into the Clinical Nurse Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assess, plan, and implement nursing care.
Provide therapeutic interventions to help young people manage their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to the development of individual care plans.
Support the recovery and well-being of young people, helping them achieve their maximum potential.
Coordinate nursing activities across shifts to ensure smooth operations on the unit.
