Located in the heart of Central London, this Hospital specialises in a range of services including Cardiac, Orthopaedics, Oncology and General Surgery. They are fully dedicated to providing personalised care for each patient, delivering both quality care and outcomes.

At present, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cardiac Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their team, working across their Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery services.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will work as part of their highly specialised Cardiology team to provide effective, evidence-based and patient focused care. You will be involved throughout the whole patient journey, from start to finish, including pre-assessment, patient education, prehab and cardiac rehabilitation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to this role as you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge and the highest standard of care and support to both cardiac surgery and cardiology patients. You will manage your own clinical caseload, taking a holistic approach towards care management and delivery.

This is a full-time position consisting of 37.5 hours per week, which has a highly desirable shift pattern worked days only between Monday-Friday.

In order to be successful with this opportunity, you will need to be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with extensive experience in cancer services with a current NMC registration.
