Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital| London SW19 5NX| Surgical Ward | Permanent | Full time 37.5 hours per week

As a Clinical Specialist in Transgender Health you will operate autonomously with an extended and advanced scope of practice, providing clinical leadership and specialist knowledge and skills that enable the delivery of the highest quality, patient care: care that is patient-centred, evidence-based, brand-defining and innovative; delivered in line with organisational, regulatory and governance requirements. You will independently manage own clinical caseload taking a holistic approach towards care management and delivery, solving complex care dilemmas with dynamic and innovative solutions and leading and developing the service in line with own specialist knowledge and expertise.

As a Clinical Specialist in Transgender Health, you will:



Be a registered clinical practitioner with the appropriate governing body. Have a degree / equivalent qualification or proven post-registration/post-qualification experience in own specialist area. Demonstrable specialist experience as a Subject Matter Expert. Have leadership/management experience.
