About the Role

The Harborne Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist - Urology to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a key role supporting both surgical and oncology pathways for urology patients, ensuring seamless, compassionate care across the service.

Key Responsibilities

Support consultant-led clinics and the oncology day unit Provide post-operative advice and ongoing care Deliver nurse-led wound and catheter clinics Train patients in self-catheterisation techniques Collaborate with ward staff and the wider CNS team to deliver holistic care Contribute to the development and coordination of a holistic therapies service

What We're Looking For

Essential: Experience in urology surgical care Desirable: Oncology nursing experience Familiarity with bladder scanners and flow rate monitoring A patient-focused approach and strong clinical judgment
