We're looking for a full-time

Clinical Pharmacist

to join our friendly, integrated team across Grand Union PCN (part-time will also be considered).

This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll deliver structured medication reviews, support care home residents, and respond to medicines-related queries from patients, GPs, and colleagues. You'll work closely with Pharmacy Technicians and other healthcare professionals to provide safe, effective, patient-focused care, helping improve outcomes and reduce medicine-related risks.

What we're looking for:

MPharm qualification and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council Experience in primary care, prescribing, or medicine optimisation for long-term conditions Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication, and ability to influence colleagues Reliable transportation to travel across the locality
