Clinical Pharmacy Technician For Gp Practice
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic and service-orientated Pharmacy Technician to work within our friendly Pharmacy Team in a large and progressive GP practice serving 39,000 patients.
Using your clinical and technical knowledge of medicines management processes to help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare. Assist with medication safety monitoring systems and audits. Process discharge/clinic letters from secondary care, medicines reconciliation and optimisation activities while supporting the Practice to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate confidence to contact patients and carers to provide advice and information. They will need to be able to work collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams to meet the needs of our patients. Applicants

have apharmacy technician qualification (NVQ level 3 equivalent)
. NHS or GP practice experience is desirable. Excellent communication and good IT skills are required.You will be actively encouraged and supported at each stage of your development to optimise your potential.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 21,574.59-38,033.23 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
