Currently our Clinical Policy team is looking to speak with clinical policy writers

and/or clinically trained professionals (nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, etc) who have excellent written English and ideally knowledge of writing, creating or implementing policies for the healthcare sector / CQC Regulated Services.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to move away from clinical practice and into a more corporate environment, developing your knowledge of healthcare sector compliance, working with our clients to assist their services' ongoing care compliance.

This is a fully remote position but if you are in a commutable distance from our Manchester offices you will have the option to work from there a couple of times a week. The role is working Monday - Friday with core hours of 9-5pm.

Key responsibilities will include:



Ensure timely production of policies and documentation ensuring all clients receive professional support and sustained regular contact throughout. Ensure the full suites of policies and procedures is maintained and client's policy documents are updated or written as required. Work to complete all policies to strict client deadlines. Liaising closely with key contacts at client organisations. Provide effective responsive contact to all new enquiries received and ensure expectations are set and managed. Ensure learning and development opportunities are appropriately communicated to assist clients to develop their knowledge of compliance and the differences between good and outstanding CQC ratings. Develop long term relationships with clients and upsell, where possible, additional services. Work with the wider HLTH Group team in a supportive and motivational way.

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:



Clinical background within Nursing / Allied Health Professionals Knowledge of CQC policy requirements and procedures. Articulate communication skills both written and verbal. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Self-motivated, able to manage a high-level workload and deliver to strict timescales. Customer-centric, able build trustworthy and professional relationships with your clients.
