As a Clinical Product Manager, you will lead the development and improvement of clinically safe, effective and compliant healthcare products. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll transform clinical insights into innovative solutions that meet customer needs. Your expertise will help shape product strategies, enhance service delivery and uphold high standards of safety and quality.
You will identify opportunities to improve clinical services, manage clinical risk and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, you'll support partnerships to expand our clinical service portfolio to offer innovative healthcare products to our users.
Key responsibilities
Clinical Product Strategy & Development:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of clinical product strategies that align with Simplyhealth's goals.
  • Identify and implement innovative clinical solutions to enhance our healthcare offerings.
  • Ensure that clinical products and services are safe, high-quality, and efficient.
Clinical Governance & Risk Management:
  • Support the integration of clinical governance principles into product development and operations.
  • Identify, assess and manage clinical risks across products and services.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate clinical insights into product development.
  • Provide clinical expertise to guide marketing content and product development, ensuring they are accurate and evidence-based.
Partnership Management:
  • Support clinical due diligence for new partnerships and potential investments.
  • Assist in managing clinical relationships with external partners to ensure adherence to clinical standards.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Lead efforts to improve existing clinical products and services through data-driven insights.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to inform product innovation.
Operational Support:
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members within the clinical product function.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes related to clinical risk management and governance.
About You
To be considered you'll possess the following key skills and experience:
  • Qualified health practitioner with experience diagnosing and treating patients (e.g., doctor or ANP).
  • 1 - 2 years patient-facing clinical experience.
  • You work well with others, leading complex projects and solving problems.
  • You can communicate clearly and confidently and are not afraid to challenge ideas or give your opinion.
  • You know how to critically evaluate clinical evidence and have a broad understanding of clinical governance.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
  • You operate with a high level of autonomy and initiative and are continually learning
  • Ability to identify and analyse opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

We have a head office in Hampshire, but depending on your role, you'll be able to enjoy our 'smart working' approach This means you can flex when and where you spend your time. For many of us this means day to day work can be handled remotely, but there will also be times when we need to come together in the office to collaborate, attend training sessions, induction, briefings and more.
