Job Title: Clinical Psychologist
Location: Closeburn House School, Dumfriesshire, DG3 5HP
Salary: 51,150 - 58,000 (pro rata, DOE)
Hours: 15 hours/week, 2 days (08:30-16:30)
Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks
About the Role
We're looking for a Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Closeburn House School, a specialist day school for young people aged 11-19 with autism, trauma-related needs, and SEMH.
Working alongside education staff, you will deliver psychological assessments and interventions, contribute to school development, and offer consultation and training. You'll manage a caseload with support from a clinical supervisor and site lead, in line with our OFG Psychological Practice standards.

Essential Criteria
HCPC-registered Psychologist
Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychology
Experience working with neurodivergent and/or SEMH populations
Skilled in MDT collaboration and systemic consultation
Competent in psychological formulation, intervention, and training delivery
Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
Committed to trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming practice
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable
Experience in school/residential settings
Supervision training or experience
Post-qualification training in relevant interventions
Knowledge of relevant legislation and service design
