About the Role



We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team, supporting our Clinical Director and leading teams of expert staff in the delivery of our work, providing clinical oversight, and ensuring the highest quality is upheld.

Responsibilities will include:

Delivering work for our clients through neurodevelopmental or other assessments, therapy and training Leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver our assessment work and chairing team meetings to identify assessment outcomes Reviewing the current case load, ensuring that clinical outcomes and relevant information is provided, and quality is upheld Working with our Client Managers to ensure client satisfaction is optimal Supporting the Clinical Director through service development, including deputising at critical meetings Supporting / delivering thought leadership at conferences and through papers/articles Liaising with relevant members of the assessment team about current caseload Escalating issues and working with the Clinical Director and Service Manager to resolve them Identifying issues in the clinical process / report writing process and providing feedback to team members and clinical lead Delivery and/or supervision of services to our therapy clients as required

About You



The most important thing is that you will be self-starting and dynamic, always looking for opportunities to learn and improve.

You will ideally be based within Yorkshire or Derbyshire and commutable distance to one of our clinics.

In addition:

HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist with specialist experience and/or training in Neurodevelopmental Disorders and diagnostic assessments Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team Experience in report writing and clinical record keeping Knowledge and understanding of the DSM-5 criteria Experience in conducting diagnostic Neurodevelopmental Assessments with children and or adults
Preferred:

Formal training in assessment tools for Autism, ADHD & Cognitive (e.g ADOS, QB, ACE, DIVA) Experience working with children and or adults with neurodevelopmental disorders or mental health difficulties in a clinical setting Additional qualifications in relevant areas of Autism and or ADHD

Pay: 58,500.00-81,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 7.5 - 37.5 per week
