Clinical Psychologist

to join our

newly commissioned, purpose-built mental health nursing home

, designed to provide innovative, recovery-focused care to adults with enduring mental health conditions.With a strong emphasis on rehabilitation, autonomy, and quality of life, this service places psychological input at its core. Working as an integral part of our

on-site multidisciplinary team

, you'll have the autonomy and platform to influence therapeutic pathways, embed psychological thinking into all aspects of care, and contribute directly to service development from the very beginning.

What You'll Do:



Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions Provide individual and group therapy tailored to residents' recovery and rehabilitation goals Support trauma-informed and formulation-driven care planning within the MDT Mentor and support colleagues to foster a psychologically informed environment Play a pivotal role in shaping service design, outcomes monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives

About You:



HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist Experience working with adults with complex and enduring mental health needs Skilled in recovery-focused and trauma-informed approaches Passionate about collaborative, person-centred care Excited by the opportunity to build, shape and innovate in a new service

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
