on-site multidisciplinary team

What You'll Do:
Deliver comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions
Provide individual and group therapy tailored to residents' recovery and rehabilitation goals
Support trauma-informed and formulation-driven care planning within the MDT
Mentor and support colleagues to foster a psychologically informed environment
Play a pivotal role in shaping service design, outcomes monitoring, and quality improvement initiatives
About You:
HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist
Experience working with adults with complex and enduring mental health needs
Skilled in recovery-focused and trauma-informed approaches
Passionate about collaborative, person-centred care
