An exciting opportunity has become available for a recent graduate to work full time on an 18-months Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop a clinically evidenced novel sleep posture support and treatment device, "Back Noodle", for Lower back pain conditions, where the device development will scale a systematic framework of continuous product optimisation via a patient-centric design and testing toolkit.
Employed and supported by an academic team from the University, you will be based at Levitex Foam's premises in Manchester.

Qualifications we require:
Hold, or be about to obtain, a degree (2.1) in physiotherapy or related clinical discipline or equivalent qualification.
A master's degree in clinical Exercise Physiology, Advanced Clinical Physiotheraphy or related fields is highly desirable.
Application requirements:
A strong understanding of clinical research capability and evidence-based practice to support commercialisation strategies
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodology and skills in analysing test/survey data sets in clinical/healthcare setting
Prior knowledge or experience in product development initiatives within healthcare/wellness industry
Experience working in a clinical environment (including functional anatomy and physiology) with patients with musculoskeletal disorders
Knowledge of the medical/wellness product industry
Ability to demonstrate strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the capability to translate business needs into tangible outputs.
