Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for:

- Management of the Datix system for Womens Health services patient safety incidents Support the area matrons/clinical leads in the day to day management of clinical risk. In conjunction with the Clinical Governance manager, participates in the clinical risk management process within Womens Health Services Liaise with the central governance team in regards to risk management. Foster co-operative relationship between medical staff / midwives /nurses and other health professionals within Womens Health Services. Please see job description and person specification attached.
