We are now looking for a

Clinical Service Lead

with a

nursing background (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

who is ready to step into a leadership role -- or is already working in a similar position and seeking a new challenge. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to help lead a dedicated care team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Registered Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and delivering high-quality, child-focused care. Lead on clinical tasks including health assessments, medication management, and care plan implementation. Act as a clinical role model and provide mentoring and guidance to care staff. Contribute to safeguarding, quality assurance, and compliance with CQC/Ofsted regulations. Promote best practice in trauma-informed care, mental health, and neurodevelopmental support. Liaise with external professionals and families to ensure coordinated support for each young person. Step in for the Registered Manager when required.

About You



NMC-registered nurse

(RGN, RMN, or RNLD) - Essential*

NVQ Level 3

in Health & Social Care - Essential*
Ideally working towards or holding

NVQ Level 5

in Leadership & Management Experience supporting children or young people with complex needs in residential or clinical settings Knowledge of trauma, neurodiversity, and safeguarding in young people Understanding of care regulations (CQC/Ofsted), clinical governance, and quality frameworks Proven leadership skills and ability to support, develop, and motivate a multidisciplinary team A calm, empathetic, and professional approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding care

Pay: 34,124.00-38,211.00 per year
