Stephen James Consulting continue to work with one of their expanding Adult Specialist Care providers, in the search for a Service Manager based in Hailsham, East Sussex. 
 This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation as it continues to grow and develop its services. The role will focus on ensuring safe, person-centred, and compliant delivery of care while driving quality outcomes and service performance. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Managing the day-to-day operations of a complex care service 
 Leading, inspiring, and developing the clinical and support teams 
 Maintaining robust governance, quality assurance, and CQC compliance 
 Ensuring safe and effective care delivery for adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs 
 Overseeing budgets, staffing, and performance to ensure long-term sustainability 
 To be considered for this role, you will need: 
 Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered or Service Manager within Learning Disability and Mental Health services (essential) 
 Skilled in leading teams and managing challenging behaviours 
 Proven track record of achieving strong CQC outcomes 
 Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills 
 Experience in financial management, data analysis, and service development 
 Resilient, proactive, and able to balance both operational and clinical priorities
