Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Sister to join our team at Lynden Hill Clinics in the UK. This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission of providing outstanding postoperative recovery services.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage patient care during their recovery process. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in continuous professional development and training.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with relevant clinical experience. Strong knowledge of patient care practices and anatomy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate approach towards patient care. Previous experience in postoperative or surgical settings is preferred.
