Requirements Registered Nurse, Allied health professional or Physiotherapist Experience of complex respiratory support and invasive ventilation skills Interpersonal and communication skills Able to motivate and develop a team of staff Demonstrate commitment to providing high quality family centred care and education Experience of supporting students within practice Experience of delivering relevant education and training competencies Further requirements can be found by downloading the Person Specification.
