to join our team on a

flexible, freelance or casual worker basis

. This role involves delivering high-quality training to healthcare and social care professionals across a range of skill levels, from beginners to experienced staff.

About the Role



We're looking for a confident communicator with a strong clinical background and a genuine interest in teaching and developing others. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging, informative, and practical clinical skills training sessions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing their expertise and is committed to maintaining high standards in healthcare education.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals at various levels Use IT and presentation tools to facilitate engaging and interactive sessions Work closely with our quality assurance team and accrediting bodies to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery Prepare and plan thoroughly for each training session Maintain excellent communication with the wider team

Training Topics Include:



Phlebotomy Cannulation Wound Care Tracheostomy Care Stoma Care PEG Feeding Oxygen Therapy Diabetes Awareness & Blood Glucose Monitoring Clinical Diabetes Care & Insulin Management Male, Female & Suprapubic Catheterisation Catheter Care Syringe Driver Awareness

What We're Looking For



Registered Nurse

with a minimum of

2 years clinical experience

, ideally including palliative care, phlebotomy, stoma care, catheter care, and enteral feeding Desirable Prior experience in

teaching, mentoring, or clinical supervision

Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your teaching style to different learning levels Confident using

IT equipment and digital tools

to deliver training and collaborate with the team Highly

reliable

with excellent

time management

and

attendance

Enjoys coaching others and has a passion for delivering quality training

Essential Requirements



Registered Nurse with clinical experience in relevant areas Experience delivering training or mentoring staff Holds a recognised teaching qualification or is willing to work towards a

Level 3 Award in Education and Training

(training provided if needed)
