About First Bridge Education
At First Bridge Education, we provide evidence-based therapy and education to pupils with autism and developmental delays. Our teams use Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) within a supportive, high-integrity environment. We're not just about therapy delivery, we're building a community where children thrive, and professionals grow.
We are now looking for a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA / UKBA(cert)) to join our team. If you're a skilled practitioner with relevant experience and ready to step into a leadership role, this could be your next move.
About the Role and What you will do
As a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA / UKBA(cert)) at First Bridge Education, you'll lead the design and delivery of ABA programmes tailored to each child or pupil's needs. You'll supervise a small therapy team, oversee progress, and help uphold clinical standards across our Centre and Outreach settings. You'll work closely alongside families and multidisciplinary teams, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and pupils. This is an opportunity to create positive change by supporting the development of essential skills, reducing challenging behaviours and improving the quality of life of both children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland Adaptive Behaviour Scale, CARS2, Functional Behaviour Assessment, Sequence Analysis Data) in-line with First Bridge Education's clinical and educational assessment timelines.
Create personalised education and therapy plans, in addition to Individual Education Plans (IEP's)
Monitor child/pupil progress, analyse data, and adjust interventions accordingly
Supervise, train, and support ABA Therapists and Room Leads
Deliver 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
If required, provide UKBA(cert) supervision for staff working toward certification
Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals
Support induction, onboarding, and clinical training of new staff
Ensure all therapy delivery meets First Bridge Education, BACB and UK Society for Behaviour Analysis requirements
