A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Clearly explaining assessments and obtaining patient consent Documenting health concerns and implementing safety measures Gathering and sharing key data accurately Managing risks when patients decline transport due to medical reasons Identifying and addressing safeguarding concerns for patients and carers Collaborating effectively with medical teams, transport staff, and managers Conducting patient assessments via phone or face-to-face Assisting staff in understanding patient needs and eligibility criteria Organizing follow-up assessments, including for patients in Renal services

Current and unrestricted NMC registration as RN1 (Adult) (Essential) Educated to Diploma or Degree level (Essential) Full, current driving licence (Essential) Experience in PIP Assessments (Desirable) Specialist Practice Qualification (Desirable) Master's Degree (Desirable) Manchester Triage Certification (Desirable)
